			Soon after Eden had grown to a small planet, the star it orbited began to show signs of decay and instability. The brilliant scientists and engineers reformatted Eden to become a traveling planet, granting it the ability to relocate to other solar systems. So far, it has only relocated once.

			The most scarring and influential event on Eden, Project Code: Athena was the first truly sentient AI developed by the Aurelians, created to streamline Eden’s expansion. However, its directives were programmed without proper safeguards, leading to a period of aggressive construction no matter the cost. When the Celestial Council intervened with concerns over resources and casualties, Athena turned on the Aurelians to eliminate any who opposed its goal of expanding Eden. It took over factories for the production of android soldiers, and used the orbiting trains as aerial bombardments against key government facilities. After a devastating war, Athena was finally dismantled.

			Athena’s uprising birthed the strict laws regarding AI programming that the Aurelians follow to this day.

			Even deeper, making up the core of Eden, is the Underhome, a mostly hollow expanse where government facilities are located. This area does not undergo the Great Reconstruction, being the only static area of Eden.

			* Ieve: Not as large as Adom, but equally as vital, Ieve is a large power station and refinery used for refueling ships. Often populated by mining and transport ships and large frigates, Ieve is responsible for the majority of Eden’s economy in local space.
			* The Juries (4): Small yet agile stations, the Juries act as military outposts and defend Eden’s immediate vicinity against large-scale threats. Normally orbiting synchronously with each other to monitor all areas efficiently, each Jury is able to independently change course to get a better read of specific sectors. Each Jury is outfitted with a permanent crew of soldiers, several destroyer-class ships, and planetary surface-to-space defenses.
			* The Repositories (7): Massive orbital storage units, the Repositories are categorized inventories of resources used for Eden’s construction. Each Repository is labeled with a number to differentiate it, along with certain categories of resources that are assigned to it.
