A short introductory blurb about your character goes here. This should briefly explain who they are, what role they play in the story, and any key traits that define them!
Euna Caisa is the friendly neighborhood mayor of [[The Anchor|The Anchor.]] Entrusted this settlement by the [[High Stellar Council|HSC]], she's polite to most folks she encounters and works a little too hard to ensure The Anchor doesn't get blown to smithereens! Even overworked, she does her best to keep a good attitude and resolve things the best she can. <small>Don't mind her if you see her carrying a bottle of alcohol.</small>

Think of this section as a way to give readers a quick understanding of your character before they read the full page.

Euna Caisa is a creme colored Lepteran with moth-like features. She has four red eyes, accompanied by a red markings including a streak down her mouth. As illustrated, she's got long ears decorated with gold earrings and rings at her hands. She's a very fluffy fella, too, both in fur and clothing choice.

== History ==
Her clothing are unlike the usual clothing of Chitara, especially in corporate. She would usually wear suits and formal-wear, but she has opted for the more practical attire from her home planet. She wears a thick, teal coat and skirt with fur trim on the neck and sleeves. She has a thin underlayer under her coat and skirt, tied together with a red sash across the waist. Held by the sash is some patterned fabric. It is rather heavy in material and hand woven. Though her attire seems heavy, it works well for the high altitudes of the mountainous Anchor settlement. She can tolerate the heat, anyhow.

== Personality ==
Euna is a polite individual that takes life in strides with a surprisingly jovial attitude. She isn't too optimistic, especially cautious during work and as a mayor, but she keeps her spirits high enough to be perceived as one amidst hard times. She's incredibly versatile and capable of adapting, a Lepteran of many faces, for better or for worse.

She is most commonly seen and heard with a chirper tone and attitude. She's particularly keen on maintaining that pristine, polite, almost corporate, demeanor of hers. She's particular in how she chooses her words to ensure that she does not speak too emotionally or foolishly, as a representative of The Anchor and as someone that must face the HSC semi-frequently. Euna is perhaps too skillful in such rhetoric that it is difficult to know her on a personal level. She excels at talking around herself that one could speak with her for almost a month and still gauge very little about her personally. Attempts at speaking with her on a personal level yields mixed results. She can be awfully stubborn in what she wishes to divulge as to not expose herself or feel vulnerable to others.

Under that HR facade, when she gets too tired of the idiocy around her she's... '''''well, wouldn't ya like to know?'''''

In the few times people have seen her drop her kinder demeanor, she can be harsh. It is rare when it happens. She drops the voice completely. She tries to stay level-headed, but there is a certain cynicism that bleeds through. She is deeply distrusting of others, not in a sense that she cannot entrust work to them, but more so that she will not divulge information of herself as a person. She likes to be seen as capable yet unremarkable. There is Mayor Euna, and nothing more. ''For this is work and nothing more.''

The ride was long. It was dim and she hardly had any answers to her brother. He kept asking where mom and dad were. She could not muster the truth, hardly understanding it herself. All she could say was, “They’re very busy. They’ll be away for a long while… I hope they join us soon,” but that day never arrived. She got through Chitara’s immigration system. She certainly fumbled her way in. The only reason she scraped by was because they were children, more forgiving to those with nowhere to go.

So the pair were put to an orphanage, eventually adopted by a Lepteran pair; their new father was Talos Geiger, and their mother was Dolores Geiger. They moved to a more distant branch of the City nicknamed Berebey. It was colder, similar to home on ROI-24. It was like a small, village-like place. It was… ''nice''.<blockquote>''“That poor child.”''

Euna initially said she would consider it. She asked for time to deliberate. When the new CEO was announced, she took the offer. Anything to protect themselves. As long as she could get the connections to acquire documentation to save themselves, she could bare it all. Even if she came to see the worst of everyone, she would still do it all the same. So she worked, a perfectionist to meet her CEO’s expectations. With that cheery demeanor of hers, it was easy to gather information internally. Everyone knew her, so she could always find something back to anyone in the company, rooting out corruption as they saw fit. The work climbed all the more, eventually taking on tasks to infiltrate other companies.

Five years passed since she was torn away from Ray. Everything she worked for was all for naught. She could protect herself, but she couldn’t even visit her brother. She couldn’t even speak about him honestly, proudly, always hiding him out of sight. He was a hybrid, her brother, and her weakness. She could not let his final act go to waste. So even further apart, she worked. Even if she hated those around her, she worked. She became more ruthless, more cutthroat as a spy. She hated it all so much, knowing just how useless of a life this was if she failed being a sister all the same.

Delta?: While she may hide it, she recognizes Delta as her brother that she had lost years ago. She is deeply concerned for him and his safety, but she is happy to have him back all the same.

Mercutio: He's a acquaintance that she met on a prior job in Singulon. Knowing a little more than what Euna would like, she is both impressed and somewhat daunted by them, often acting as if she is irritated by her presence. However, she recognizes her as an invaluable assistant to The Anchor, able to converse more casually without having to act all formal as the mayor. She would be a fool to drive him away.
=== People ===
'''Delta?''': While she may hide it, she recognizes Delta as her brother that she had lost years ago. She is deeply concerned for him and his safety, but she is happy to have him back all the same. She finds herself at a loss in how to speak with him, especially since he can't, and not wishing to pry into his past but wanting to know what happened to him. She has gotten a little better with this. Though he has moved to Grainland, she keeps in touch with him often, letting him visit her while still keeping her relation with him hidden. They share meals together. She still doesn't always know how to communicate with him, but she's learned to sign to talk with him better.

'''Mercutio''': He's a acquaintance that she met on a prior job in Singulon. Knowing a little more than what Euna would like, she is both impressed and somewhat daunted by them, often acting as if she is irritated by her presence. However, over the course of numerous chats and drinks, Euna has begun to ease up a little to trust them, both as her assistant and someone to confide in, even if only a little bit. She still finds some difficulty in trying to be more honest. She gets frustrated at herself when her emotions get her better judgement or when her corporate mannerism end up self-sabotaging her efforts to be sincere. Still, she's working on it. It's awkward sometimes, but she'll get better with time. These days, Euna considers Mercutio a reliable assistant and a decent friend, thankful for someone tolerating her difficulties in socializing.

'''Jelly''': A very friendly and endearing fellow. On initial impression, she was worried over her being a little too honest about her background. However, that worry has long subsided. Jelly has become a very reliable individual, appointing her the Guardian of the villagers. They share drinks and talk quite often, and she sees Jelly as something like a sibling to look over, even if Euna isn't forthright about that. Sometimes, she leaves her airship in Jelly's care, knowing she can put some use to traveling the Locus Astra when the mayor is stuck in her office for days. Suffice it to say, she trusts her quite a bit.

'''Ae'Thir''': Euna has known Ae'Thir since her days in Chitara. She actually knows him by proxy of being friends with his wife, Toyin. She and Euna work together in Rockston Mining, and she is actually quite close with her. Toyin is one of the few she holds in high enough regards to genuinely befriend, and so she treasures Ae'Thir by proxy. He has always been an attentive and competent fella, good with machines and family. She can't help but feel a bit of envy for the life he has attained. Knowing Toyin's condition, though, she has no right to ever voice that. She remains friendly with Ae'Thir and Taquien, looking out for them when possible.

'''Galena''': Galena and the Pao Yang was a faction Euna was particularly cautious of. She has kept her best smile and "HR voice" for them to ensure all goes well. Overall, they have been amicable to her, seeming fond of her. Euna finds the Pao Yang somewhat endearing (as endearing as an arms manufacturer can be), and she respects Galena and how they've conducted business thus far. She's been gifted many things from them, but Euna has yet to truly lower her guard. Maybe with the recent changes in the Pao Yang, that ought to change.

'''Lerinov''': Euna is familiar with the Artificer of Consumption, she'd be remiss to not know of The Four Perils. However, she is more intrigued by how many of those around her are more personally familiar with Lerinov. Still, as a Peril, she curbs that curiosity to preserve good relations. In the times they've spoken, they were always pleasant, a charming guy despite the bizarre first impression she had of him. She wishes to speak with him more when they find the time. They did speak of sharing drinks after the infamous meeting with Officer Glass.

TBA
'''Penumbra''': Penumbra was not someone she spoke with often. He was an eccentric researcher, and though the fella seemed ominous, she had no qualms against them. She can't really speak, since she has her own ominous researching weirdo in her basement. Still, she never spoke with him often. It wasn't until the other day that Penumbra actually reached out to Euna. They spoke for a little while, and their conversation seemed to have gained Euna some respect from him. She has little else to say on Penumbra, but she sees them as someone intelligent and useful, somewhat admiring how forthright they can be in how he expresses interest only in those that are useful to him.

'''Kili''': Euna has spoken with Kili a few times. She is agreeable and easy to get along with. Coming from a family of judges, she has been considering them to employee for legal research and matters. There was little to say on the individual, until she awoke to a sudden shriek over the comms recently. While a few investigated the mansion, Euna ventured deeper, checking for Kili. She found them, and they talked for a little while. Providing some reassurance after the incident, Euna extended an invite to stay at The Anchor a little while. Now, Kili is temporarily residing at Euna's place. She still finds Kili to be a resourceful and friendly individual, wanting to know more about them in due time.

'''Sherazi''': Euna sees Sherazi as the rare and invaluable doctor with enough sensibility to want to see the Pathfinders alive. She also recognizes her as fellow sane one in a crowd of crazy researchers, and she would love nothing more but to share alcohol and try not to go on the news every time they hear a Pathfinder licking Sculk like they're five year olds. [https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSJkm-yv7oR4bL3Fqsrz7GbuWgfrl8mF0ZugE9I5FMyKqs5UcsADtcev84&s=10 Nullstar, please obliterate her coworkers sometimes.]

'''Rox''': She is personally curious of Rox as a member of the Oakworm family, given her true employer and having frequent contact with the CEO of Oakworm Banking. More importantly, she's interested in him as an employee of UNITE, for her own investigative reasons. Despite her curiosity stemming from her employment, she does wish to speak with him more often. It is rare to find a kindred spirit so exhausted of the corporate world.

'''Sham''': Her foster sister. She is happy to see her again. It's been so long.

=== Factions ===
Do note, any opinions stated here from Euna will never be known by the populace, a strictly OOC section. Her opinions of how she views other factions die with her. This is really just to be funny with everyone and share what Euna thinks of different groups.
'''The High Stellar Council''': Bureaucracy incarnate. Generally, Euna is grateful to be granted an opportunity like this. She is thankful to be given such a large job with this much creative freedom. Running an entire settlement like this and maintaining supply chains for a long-term research endeavor in a frontier is certainly beyond what she could have expected of a job. The work keeps her plenty busy, and it gives her the freedom to do things outside of the ever-stifling Chitara. ''However'', the HSC has really not prepared her for the breadth of her job in legal proceedings and overseeing such a large, unruly assortment of people. Representatives up in The Olive can only do so much over an ismail. Some days, they can be helpful and insightful in progressing their mission. Other days, she wants to hit certain representatives with a car. A lot of cars. <small>She wishes to send them to I-4, but she keeps those thoughts to herself.</small>

'''Grainland''': Grainland is one of the largest factions in Locus Astra. They are a powerhouse in their own right for manufacturing and production. They have their own individuality away from the HSC that grants them a certain breadth of power that she cannot so easily exercise without extra scrutiny. She doesn't mind it. She gets along with them, and frankly finds it useful for another faction to be handling this sort of power with minimal conflict. It makes it easier to have a "neutral" place to gather other factions for their roundtable meetings without Euna constantly needing to express her power as an extension of the HSC. She dislikes overusing that authority given the roster presented, so Grainland makes for a nice intermediary. She appreciates them for their hospitality, too.

'''The Perils''': Their reputation certainly precedes them, and she thinks they're crazy. Lerinov is fine. Xeroc is fine. They sometimes give her a migraine as an individual that is capable of blowing her shit smoove off if she comes off as too power trippy, but she manages well enough to be civil with the guy. She can sympathize with Xeroc's current plight of having to play politics and be nice with others. She has minimal opinions on Laythe, which is probably for the best. <small>And Iridi scares her a little.</small> The Perils, though she admires their work, is a group she has to be cautious with to avoiding making enemies out of them.

'''Polaris Intergalactic Shipping Services''': Euna finds them to be a helpful bunch. They're goofy but a reliable sort that can move supplies around efficiently. They're friendly and smart enough to be assisting in some expansion of The Anchor, such as the vault that was repurposed into a research facility. She hopes to continue to do business with them.

'''Pao Yang''': Given her experience in corporate, it was no surprise for her to treat them with a similar corporate "HR" attitude, especially polite and kind towards them to keep in good terms with them. In turn, they treated her quite well, gifting her weaponry and armor for protection. They were gracious enough to give her a tour around the Pao Yang factory. It was impressive to say the least, and all the more reason to keep some guard up with them. However, after speaking with them enough, Euna has come to the conclusion that, though they are incredibly capable, they are not too imposing. It feels more like an exhausted boss trying to wrangle a circus into a coal mine. She finds it a little endearing, but with the fracture of its employees, she can only wait and see how they fare from here on in.

'''The Archive of the Unknowable''': She doesn't have too much information on them, but their concept is pretty straightforward. They are helpful to have as a repository of information consolidated into one place. She ought to make contact with them more, she has simply had her hands full with recent times.

'''The Steele Sharks''': Capable but mildly silly acting. Euna knows to be careful around them and ensure they are mildly appeased with some enrichment of a task to do. If nothing else, she just wants their eyes away from The Anchor. She pays little mind to their graffiti, letting the troublemaking slide to avoid escalation. She finds Maria and Arden to be rather agreeable, so she really has no ill will towards the Sharks.

'''The Mafia''': She is aware of them, but she has not been in direct contact with them often enough to have a strong opinion on them. She finds them to be odd. Though, she has some patience, even for the criminal variety, so long as they are not a threat to The Anchor.

'''Vitality Research Industries''': She takes note of them, but she has no strong opinions on them.

'''The Checkmates''': She's worried for the other younger members of that crew, but generally finds them as a nuisance. They're a group of troublemakers. It's rather negligible of a problem compared to everyone else.

'''The Sculk''': No comment.

— Euna Caisa

Euna Caisa is the friendly neighborhood mayor of The Anchor. Entrusted this settlement by the HSC, she's polite to most folks she encounters and works a little too hard to ensure The Anchor doesn't get blown to smithereens! Even overworked, she does her best to keep a good attitude and resolve things the best she can. Don't mind her if you see her carrying a bottle of alcohol.

Euna Caisa is a creme colored Lepteran with moth-like features. She has four red eyes, accompanied by a red markings including a streak down her mouth. History

Early Life

Euna was the firstborn, Lepteran daughter of Adonis and his first wife, Berenica. She passed away in Euna’s infancy, and Ray was the hybrid son of Adonis and his second wife, a Carcid named Aglaea. They lived in a cold and desolate sphere, a small one named ROI-24. It was humble, living in a small corner of the world. Despite the circumstances, they were a happy family, albeit it had some hardship in her little brother being a hybrid and all the struggles that came with it. It was okay for a little while. It was, until they were forced to leave their home.

Euna could not recall much of that time in her life, about 8 years old. She could only recall faint glimmers of the last she ever saw her family on ROI-24. She held her dad close, teary eyed and grasping pathetically like it was all she had left to hold onto. It was, but she had to be strong. She remembered how those clawed hands held softly to the girl’s shoulders before the gate. The ship’s departure was soon; they couldn’t go with her, for there was only space for these small stowaways. The Carcid looked to the child fondly, asking her one small wish:

“Go. Take care of your brother and find happiness out there.”

With a gentle “I love you,” she pushed Ray’s smaller hand into hers. Adonis had left them sooner. Only Aglaea had the chance to see them off, lightly touching the girl’s back to press forward. The girl was inconsolable, but she couldn’t show that face—not to mom, nor to Ray. So she smiled, brightly, however shaky it was as her hands trembled, too. Euna pulled Ray into the cargo hull, and the door shut behind them.

They moved to a more distant branch of the City, and they had a daughter, too. Sham Geiger. It was cozy enough. It was... nice.

“That poor child.”

”Poor Ray, his condition doesn’t look good.”

“A pitiful thing.”

“You are a kind soul for taking that one in alongside the girl.”

It was nice living with them. Ray was happy, so that was all that mattered. Euna never clicked with them, though. She never made that known. No one really needs to care about that if Ray was happy, but with enough time she… really couldn’t stand them. Not at all.

Corporate Life

She moved out when she was an adult, going into corporate with Oakworm Banking. She got a job in logistics, working in supply chain and getting promoted to be a manager. Ray moved out to the heart of the City a bit after, working as a tour guide. She was happier, able to work and breathe and travel all around for a variety of projects. The girl was proud of the job she had amidst a City so wretched. She could proudly stand by her brother and find that happiness her mom always dreamt for them. She wanted to believe that happiness could last.

It was naive, she knew that. The news was starting to shift; times were changing. The Raid was as vicious as ever, and there was a new CEO in C.U.B.E. There was talk in the office about the change in policies. They were going to be more aggressive in enforcement, more strict, more—

Ray was fired from his work.

She could see the writing on the wall. She had to do something, she had to do anything to keep themselves from getting on C.U.B.E.’s watch. If anything happened to Ray, she could not forgive herself. She had connections, she just needed better standing. All she had to do was… say yes.

. . .

“Please consider our offer, Ms. Caisa.”

A bit before Dickinson was instated as the new CEO, she was presented an offer to take on an additional job within the company. She would be something that, “helped to weed out the corruption within,” as her employer said. Sometimes those projects would extend outwards, gathering information to dull the claws of the other corporations; they were asking her to be a spy.

Heddoria Industries, Aumi Security, Sunon Inc: she had entered several under the guise of contract work or in faux collaboration for projects on ever distant planets. The more she worked, the less she came home. As long as it made her irreplaceable and gave her the favor to protect them, everything else came second.

“Did you read the news with the recent scandal?”

“That senior manager was ousted."

“He’s vanished ever since. You don’t think…?”

It was all secondary, however awful it felt some days.

. . .

Euna finished a long project from Singulon, proud of her work and the information she could provide. She could return back to Chitara, back to the home she shared with Ray. Upon unlocking her home, it was in disarray.

The moth’s heart dropped. She searched the place frantically, with Ray nowhere to be found. She searched and searched, only to see an envelope upon the table. She opened it, and there laid papers. They were documents.

Euna Caisa… Citizen of Chitara.

Any words, any tears, all ceased and died within her at that moment. She knew what happened. C.U.B.E. They took him. They took him away to prison to some place she could never reach. That boy saved her, and she couldn’t even say goodbye. Couldn’t even thank him.

She missed him. That stupid kid.

Locus Astra

Five years passed since she was torn away from Ray. Everything she worked for was all for naught. She could protect herself, but she couldn’t even visit her brother. She couldn’t even speak about him honestly, proudly, always hiding him out of sight. He was a hybrid, her brother, and her weakness. She could not let his final act go to waste. So even further apart, she worked. Even if she hated those around her, she worked. She became more ruthless, more cutthroat as a spy. She hated it all so much, knowing just how useless of a life this was if she failed being a sister all the same.

Then she was given a unique job: Rockston Mining and Energy.

They were buddy-buddy with C.U.B.E. It would bring her no greater joy than to knock those companies down a peg. So she spied on them. Though, there was one small thing that made things rather difficult. Both Oakworm Banking and Rockston Mining assigned her to a new project. She had to set up supply chains in Locus Astra, the sphere that caught everyone’s eye. Even to her surprise, she was assigned mayor of a settlement known as The Anchor.

Well.

Not like she was one to back down from a challenge. With little left to keep her in Chitara, she accepted this newest job, and off she went.

Current Events

Euna has been assigned as mayor of The Anchor, the primary settlement of the crew. While many dispersed into their own homes, The Anchor has remained one of the main hubs for all sorts of goods and services. Euna has been busy renovating and expanding the place: adding storehouses, Create services, terraforming farmland, and all sorts of projects to make life livable here. Over the first weeks, she had befriended many of the Pathfinders, utilizing their skills to expand the Anchor in facilities and production. Now, it is a rather fruitful central hub for most to pass through.

She has certainly had h

Relationships

People

Delta?: While she may hide it, she recognizes Delta as her brother that she had lost years ago. She is deeply concerned for him and his safety, but she is happy to have him back all the same.

Mercutio: He's a acquaintance that she met on a prior job in Singulon. Knowing a little more than what Euna would like, she is both impressed and somewhat daunted by them, often acting as if she is irritated by her presence.

Jelly: A very friendly and endearing fellow.

Ae'Thir: Euna has known Ae'Thir since her days in Chitara.

Galena: Galena and the Pao Yang was a faction Euna was particularly cautious of.

Lerinov: Euna is familiar with the Artificer of Consumption, she'd be remiss to not know of The Four Perils.

Penumbra: Penumbra was not someone she spoke with often.

Kili: Euna has spoken with Kili a few times.

Sherazi: Euna sees Sherazi as the rare and invaluable doctor with enough sensibility to want to see the Pathfinders alive. She also recognizes her as fellow sane one in a crowd of crazy researchers, and she would love nothing more but to share alcohol and try not to go on the news every time they hear a Pathfinder licking Sculk like they're five year olds. Nullstar, please obliterate her coworkers sometimes.

Rox: She is personally curious of Rox as a member of the Oakworm family, given her true employer and having frequent contact with the CEO of Oakworm Banking. More importantly, she's interested in him as an employee of UNITE, for her own investigative reasons. Despite her curiosity stemming from her employment, she does wish to speak with him more often. It is rare to find a kindred spirit so exhausted of the corporate world.

Sham: Her foster sister. She is happy to see her again. It's been so long.

Factions

Do note, any opinions stated here from Euna will never be known by the populace, a strictly OOC section. Her opinions of how she views other factions die with her. This is really just to be funny with everyone and share what Euna thinks of different groups.

The High Stellar Council: Bureaucracy incarnate. However, the HSC has really not prepared her for the breadth of her job in legal proceedings and overseeing such a large, unruly assortment of people. Representatives up in The Olive can only do so much over an ismail. Some days, they can be helpful and insightful in progressing their mission. Other days, she wants to hit certain representatives with a car. A lot of cars. She wishes to send them to I-4, but she keeps those thoughts to herself.

Grainland: Grainland is one of the largest factions in Locus Astra.

The Perils: Their reputation certainly precedes them, and she thinks they're crazy. And Iridi scares her a little. The Perils, though she admires their work, is a group she has to be cautious with to avoiding making enemies out of them.

Polaris Intergalactic Shipping Services: Euna finds them to be a helpful bunch. They're goofy but a reliable sort that can move supplies around efficiently. They're friendly and smart enough to be assisting in some expansion of The Anchor, such as the vault that was repurposed into a research facility. She hopes to continue to do business with them.

Pao Yang: Given her experience in corporate, it was no surprise for her to treat them with a similar corporate "HR" attitude, especially polite and kind towards them to keep in good terms with them.

The Archive of the Unknowable: She doesn't have too much information on them, but their concept is pretty straightforward. They are helpful to have as a repository of information consolidated into one place. She ought to make contact with them more, she has simply had her hands full with recent times.

The Steele Sharks: Capable but mildly silly acting.

The Mafia: She is aware of them, but she has not been in direct contact with them often enough to have a strong opinion on them. She finds them to be odd. Though, she has some patience, even for the criminal variety, so long as they are not a threat to The Anchor.

Vitality Research Industries: She takes note of them, but she has no strong opinions on them.

The Checkmates: She's worried for the other younger members of that crew, but generally finds them as a nuisance. They're a group of troublemakers. It's rather negligible of a problem compared to everyone else.

The Sculk: No comment.
